I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Interface Performance Materials (Lancaster, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Easy- interviewers not friendly- waste of time, Maybe they had chosen someone already. questions were disregarded- did not seem to have answers to questions. inexperienced panel, seemed like they did not know engineering terms.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Interface Performance Materials (Lancaster, PA) in May 2017

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Interface Performance Materials (Hoosick Falls, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very Extensive. They approached me for position. Multiple phone interviews, followed by plant trip out to Hoosick Falls. Plant visit interview was scheduled to last until 2 PM, was at the plant until 5 pm, plant manager took me to dinner. I was impressed with the facility and their interest in me. From the Plant Interview, to informing me that they were not offering me the job took over 6 weeks, with very little communication during that time.
