Mostly a “get to know you” conversation. Asked about previous work experiences, goals, and where I see myself in 5 years. It was also quite short, about 15-20 min long.

Sumbit application and you are notified via email for an interview date and time. They usually interview all candidates in one day. One panel interview. Panel consists of two or three managers. Asked badic questions related to role. Also know policy. Ask them to notify you if not the successful candidate.
