I gave them my resume at a career fair in my university, and later they sent me an email to know when we could have a phone interview. We agreed a day and a time and they called me. It was a pretty fluid conversation, they made couple of easy questions, asked about my background, then I asked them couple of doubts I had about their company... I was finished in about 10 minutes
