I was referred to the position by a friend and applied. The recruiter and the Practice Administrator interviewed my by phone. I, then, interviewed in person with the Administrator and the Physicians Group. I was called back to interview with the Team Leads. I had a great feeling about the interview and thought it went well. They chose another candidate with more experience in that particular field of medicine.
