Did a couple of zoom interviews which were each about 30-60 minutes meeting administrative staff/managers, then went for an in-person interview over the clinic's lunch hour, met the other providers and support staff. The interview itself was fairly casual conversation. Never heard anything back, though, despite reaching out and was told I would hear back in a couple weeks. Never did.
