The interview process could have been more professional. This firm recruits on LinkedIn via InMessage. The person I had the unpleasantry to deal with was not prepared at all to answer any specific questions about the role she was promoting. The pseudo-recruiting process raised a lot of red flags. For instance, there was no particular mention on behalf of which "client" they were recruiting for. Also, the person didn't have a salary for the position and was using the InMessages on LinkedIn as a fishing expedition for cheap linguists. When I asked for specifics regarding payment, the person ghosted me. I reported this unprofessional behaviour to the company. The person got back to me, only to cover her back with excuses for the ghosting and to have me dismissed. This was all an absolute waste of time; if you ever get contacted by any of these people, don't respond; ignore them! Save yourself the trouble of being unprofessionally treated; you matter!
