step 1 - HR going over resume
Step 2 - in person interview
step 3 - in person interview with an offer
Interview starts with HR calling you and spending 10 min reviewing your resume the asking you to come in.
Interview 1 - When you come in you will be meeting almost everyone from senior management. First you will meet with the manager of the position where they will feel you out on your knowledge of the industry. Then the marketing manager will come in and act like she is interviewing you. lastly the CEO will walk in. Now David is great at always being excited and he will get you excited to work for him, He will not ask you questions he basically does all the talking. David will then decide if he wants to bring you and and he will tell you I will have them call you and schedule a 2nd interview.
Interview 2- They will tell you to make a basic presentation. David the CEO, marketing manager and sales manager will be their, You will start off with the presentation then after that David the CEO gets all excited and says he will give you an offer and he invites you into his office to negotiate comp.
