Test questions that you can work on alone and you have to submit within a certain timeframe.
After that interview with a panel of 3-4 people. Everyone asks a questions regarding some of the competencies listed in the vacancy notice. You have to describe what would you do in certain situations or what you have done in asked context. It is very fair and normally undertaken in good athmosphere.
