Interview
I had the interview the day following my college's engineering career fair. The interview process was fairly standard and wasn't too difficult; I had to fill out an application the night before and also bring my unofficial transcript to the interview. The questions asked were mostly behavioral, but many also focused on experiences and activities listed on my resume. I heard back from International Paper within a week and was given an offer for an internship.
