I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at International Paper (New Orleans, LA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Got the interview after expressing interest at school career fair. The interview was with three IP employees: one HR rep and two technical employees. I felt like the questions were a lot more specific to the job than what is common for an entry level position. The employees didn’t seem very passionate for their job and overall just seemed uninterested in the interview.

The interview process was good overall. I went over two round of interviews. Both with very similar format. STAR format. No technical questions where asked during the interviews. Overall it was a very good interview.

Interview
Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
