I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at International Paper (Stillwater, OK) in Sept 2024
Interview
Found them at the Career Fair at my university. They held on-campus interviews the following day. Very fair questions. They wrote as I talked looking for problem, steps, and result of your direct action. This position is great for someone who has worked around heavy machinery. I was offered to continue the interview process but declined based on location.

Normal calm behavioral questions. Some questions: Tell us about a personal goal you set for yourself and what steps did you take. Tell me about a time you were unsure on what to do for a project, what did you do? I was asked to go on-site for a final round of interviews next week, so will know if I get an offer after that.
