It starts with being offered to dinner. If they like you, they will extend the offer to a more formal dinner. From there, you will be called into a sit down interview with them at your location. From there, they will invite you to Memphis for HQ interviews and panel interviews.

Having prior internships/experiences helps a lot. It is always good to have examples to their questions to help tell the story that you want to portray.
I also think that explaining what you want to accomplish is great way to help them judge if you are a good fit
