They call you and ask why you are a good fit for the job and describe the internship role a bit. they let you know about their interview timeline too. i had to decline because I got another offer but they seemed very laid back
I had one call with a Human Resources representative and one call with my internship supervisors. During the first call, I was asked general questions, and during the second call I was more in depth questions.

Few general behavioral questions and some questions about interest of refugee/ non-profit work. Whole interview lasted around 20 minutes and interviewer was very nice. Got called back within a week, quick turn around.
