Slow and a bit unprofessional. A very short informal interview with just some practical questions asked and barely a few general details about the content of the job. After several weeks, got an invitation to a written test. After over one month (!), received a negative answer, probably an automatic email from the recruitment system. The pay offered was really low, so I probably wasn't offered a job because of my salary demand.
