Interview
1. Phone Interview w/ Headhunter - usual stuff.
2. Within a week or so, face-to-face interview on site. Met with CFO, former Tax Manager (very unusual and awkward), HR Director, and Benefits Mgr.
3. Follow-up phone interview with CFO/HR Director/Tax Director (who was out sick during my site visit)
4. Offer within 48 hours.

How do you deal with "difficult" people? It was pretty obvious that the difficult person who they were speaking of was in the room. Just very awkward situation all around.
