They didn't really ask any questions other than asking my availability and previous work history. She gave me information on the company. She said that they would call me in a few days after the conducted a couple more interviews. Overall it was a decent experience.

they only hire through a temp agency, and you're told you will have a great pay and opportunity, but it is not there. you get a call from the temp agency, and you go to training that last for about 2 weeks, you learn a lot about NASCAR. even if you're not a fan, you will gain some interest in NASCAR.
