Average interview. Two sets of interview plus a written assignment showing what the job would look like with some day to day tasks. Okay experience nothing out of the ordinary
I applied online. I interviewed at International Tennis Federation in Mar 2025
Interview
Very kind interviewers, 45 minutes long. You had to create a presentation at start on the ITF structure, slides were allowed. The questions geared more towards personal experience rather than knowledge about the company.

Question 1
What do you define as teamwork and what is your view on it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International Tennis Federation (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was standard, one initial teams call with the manager and HR.
HR wasn't particularly warm, in fact she came across as short and condescending. They asked simple questions who I was, and my experience.
Second round round was in the office with my line manager to be and the Major Events team manager. This focused more on situational based questions and learning more about the department and their events. Both managers were really nice and open and friendly, they answered my questions openly and honestly so this was really encouraging,
I received an offer which I accepted, however it took them 3 days to send me the contract. The details of the contract was pretty standard but I had a few questions with my start date and other basic questions like details of some of the benefit packages, pre-booked holidays I had with my current employer. So I hadn't handed in my notice as I wanted confirmation they would be happy for my start date to be later.
My start date had been set earlier than my month notice which I was happy to do but couldn't guarantee due to my current employer likely to say no. I asked to start later, to which the ITF didn't reply they simply yanked the offer and didn't even have the respect to email me and give me an explanation as to why. I have been left feeling confused and distressed as this was in my mind a 'dream job' but to have it pulled away from me for something as simple as a start date makes me glad I never handed in my notice. This is clearly an old fashioned organisation who are very arrogant and not flexible. This was such an odd situation and I've never dealt with anything like it, I find their behaviour unprofessional and disrespectful
