I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Interplay Learning in Apr 2026
Interview
The process felt very thoughtful and structured. From the initial conversations through final interviews, everyone I spoke with was welcoming and transparent about the role and expectations. I appreciated how quickly the team moved while still making time for meaningful conversations. It gave me a strong sense of the team dynamic and how the role fits into the company.

Interview
Was asked to do a quick recorded interview consisting of two questions. Was given 1 minute to answer the first and 30 seconds to answer the next. Questions were very dense. More time was needed to properly answer the questions. Not very comprehensive. Seems like a convenient way to pre-screen candidates based on age, gender, race, etc. rather than an effective way to gauge performance on the job. How can you get a good feel for candidates based off of two quick questions?

Question 1
Coach an SDR that has trouble closing out their calls. (I was given only 30 seconds to answer this question).
