I applied online. I interviewed at Interstate Batteries (Urbandale, IA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Over the phone. Then an office visit. Another interview with managers. A mock sales presentation. Tedious yet they seemed a little desperate to hire. Lots of turnover come to find out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic, however very misleading. Promised bonus potential that turned out it would be easier to find a unicorn than hit all bench marks for the bonus. Goals that were no one would hit, and they seemed to be the norm.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Interstate Batteries (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview process was good and smooth. Very organized and professional. It took about a week for the interview to be set up. I met with two people separately on the same day. Training was about 2 weeks.
