Application Review / ATS Screening
After you submit your resume, it is reviewed either by an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or a recruiter.
Strong keyword alignment and a well-tailored resume increase your chances of moving forward.
Recruiter/HR Screening Call (15–30 min)
Purpose: To assess your fit, availability, salary expectations, work authorization, and communication skills.
May also provide a high-level overview of the company and role.
Hiring Manager Interview (30–60 min)
Focuses on your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and how your experience aligns with the team’s needs.
May include behavioral questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Technical/Case/Skills Assessment (optional)
Could involve SQL exercises, business case analysis, Excel modeling, or a take-home assignment.
For analyst roles, this often tests your ability to analyze data, draw insights, or use tools like Power BI or Tableau.
