Interview process was good. However, before I go, we already had an agreement and they said that they'll send the job offer to my email but they did not send any.

Pleasant and informative. First round was mostly personality questions online, the second one was a visit of the site. I got a little written test on the site to prove technical competency, and wholesome tour of the site.

Iirc a 3-step interview process (each interview, your interviewer goes up a level), and it was all done online. They were kinda vague about the job description at first, but it's okay.

The interview process is very easy and everyone who is there is pretty laid back during the interviews. They ask the basic questions about your background and about your main role of the position. It is very straightforward

Questions about who I am, soft skills I possess. Then asked detailed questions about my dissertation, related to materials science. Then technical questions about iron carbon phase diagram and then some questions about with conflict.

At first they call me for preinterview after a month they fix the interview time with unit manager and technical leader it's take 30 min they ask me to say short summery and then ask me about motivation causes, weakness and strength ,and some technical question

Many in-detail questions and many unnecessary questions, they did not update to modern technologies and the use of Microsoft Teams. You bring a lot of experience and knowledge and they make poor offers but easily buy expensive equipment.

We spoke over the phone initially. They then set up a later video call with several of their team members. They were very kind and personable during the interview. It was a pleasant interview.
