Interwest Consulting Group interview questions

The interview was online and was led by two planners in the department. Both were super nice and have been with the company for many years. They go through the basic planner interview questions. They will ask you about yourself and what your interests are. Then ask them to tell you more about it, which can catch you off guard.

"The interview was very laid back and easygoing, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the process. The questions were mostly behavioral, focusing on past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how I handle various work situations. The interviewer seemed more interested in understanding my thought process and how I would fit into the company culture rather than testing my technical knowledge.
