Interview
I have attended numerous job interviews for companies, but my experience with Intiveo was the worst. During the initial 15-minute screening interview, I was interviewed by a Revenue specialist who barely allowed me to talk about my work or experience. He kept speaking himself and extended the interview to 30 minutes. After a month, I received an email stating they were not proceeding with my application. I am not sure how the interviewer made that decision, as he didn't let me speak at all.
Based on the conversation with the interviewer the company appeared to be very male-dominated and unstructured. Although I am glad, they rejected me initially instead of dragging the interview process, it is very unfair that the interviewer barely allowed me to speak and then ghosted me for a month before sending a rejection email without any strong reasoning.
