After a phone conversation with the recruiter, I was put in touch with the hiring manager with a visit, followed by a full day on-site interview with the team, and finally a phone interview with the senior leadership. The demo on the company's Da Vinci system was especially impressive. The interview process really helped me get to know the company better, including their technology and culture. I appreciate how Intuitive emphasizes not just on technical competency, but also cultural fit. Great company with amazing people indeed.
