1. HR scheduled a video interview with hiring manager, mainly went through resume experience
2. Another 1-hr video technical interview with hiring manager, all technical questions
3. eight 1-1 onsite interview
Overall the process is fast and painless, they provide fast feedback

Question 1
1. how many pins/sphere need to be installed for ensuring two plate can always mate in spec under frequent assembly and disassembly
2. GDT and tolerance questions
3. Cantilever beam, make sure you remember max deflection and MOI equation
4. FEA question, stress and deflection relationship
5. know three views, then you can make one cut on a block, in order to meet these three views.
6. accuracy and precision
7. K value when springs in series or parallel
8. one hollow bar, the other is solid bar, on a slope, they have same mass, who reach bottom first
9. explain MMC
10. lots of behavior question, for example, who inspire you the most and why? what your colleague will comment you if you die and you have god view to hear their discussion.....
