Initial screening call with Human resourse department, discuss resume and availability. ask bout commute. where do i live, can i able to manage commute. and last but not least they ask about visa sponsorship.

Interview
After a half hour phone interview I was invited to their corporate headquarters in Chicago for further interviewing. I was given a tour and had a panel interview. Questions were very basic and interviewers were respectful and engaged.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Invenergy (Chicago, IL)
Interview
There was a phone interview followed by an office visit with four or five interviews there. The questions consisted primarily of behavioral and resume review questions without any technical or case related content. All of my interviewers were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. My only complaint is that the process took a fairly long time to pan out. The gap between the phone interview and the in office interviews was a bit long, but it all worked out in the end.
