Invenia interview questions

Basic HR interview. Went well. After few hours got a rejection email, world by world identical to the one I got for the same role same company an year earlier and for which I was recontacted. I asked for additional information and I have been told the company policy is to not give feedbacks. The demonstrated lack of attitude toward transparency and few other red flags during the interview make me think I dodged a bullet.

Screening call, followed by cultural interview. They were really nice, and the time between interviews was short. I didn't get the job, didn't even get to the final round, and I'm disappointed based on what I had seen of the people and the company.
