Invensys Controls Quality Engineer interview questions

I was contacted by HR Manager for phone interview, then phone interviewed with the QM. Once invited for an onsite I was interviewed by a panel each of engineers, quality team memebers and management. The environment was casual but intense, technical skill set in quality is a must. This plant is in a VERY rural local with many 20+ year employees.
