Four different rounds of interviews took place, ranging from case studies to behavioral tests. In general, they offered you resources, tutorial videos and even a mock interview to ensure you were prepared. The person from HR who I was in touch with was extremely helpful and motivating during the recruiting process.
There was a behavioral case during the final to last round that caught me by surprise. In the interview, the interviewer created a hypothetical "real-world situation" intended to test how I would respond to one. After that, he went on to ask me how I would handle challenges in my new position.
