Interview
This company really replied "Follow-Up" and it was just a rejection. Look, I get that it's a tough market, and there's a lot of qualified candidates, but that email got my hopes up for a split second for no reason. That's really unfair to me and anyone else who received a rejection.

Interview
My interview process with InvestNext consisted of a phone screening with HR followed by a hiring manager call. At the conclusion of the hiring manager interview, I was informed I would receive feedback regarding next steps by the end of that week. Unfortunately, I was not selected in moving forward. I know there would be a coding interview and panel interview afterwards if I was selected to move forward, but that's all I can give.
