Initial application in September, followed by a pre-recorded Video Interview. 3 questions about why you want to work at Investec. Next stage is a face to face interview in their London offices, for 45 minutes including a 5 minute presentation. Interviewed with another candidate in the room. Next was an assessment centre and then final offer.
