IonQ interview questions

It begins with an interview with the recruiter. The next step is to meet with the hiring manager. Lastly, you'll meet with a few additional people from the team. It's a fairly new company and some teams are small.

Very standard pre-screen followed by a discussion with the hiring manager. Was not asked any specific problem-solving questions, just described past experiences and discussed how issues were addressed. The pre-screen included all the why questions, while the second interview consisted almost entirely of project related questions and no personality type questions.
