It was so easy! I had a quick call with a recruiter, who aske questions to make sure I was qualified for the role. He then connected me to the clinical hiring manager for second call. During that call, an offer was extended.

Pretty standard initial interview with one recruiter for a Therapist position.
The recruiter asked about my background and experience in clinical counseling as well as my experience providing virtual therapy. I was not asked any case study or unusual questions.
The recruiter stated she felt I would be a great fit for the company and the position and advised she would send me details about next steps in the interview process. I never heard anything else from the recruiter, not a rejection email or any other communication at all.

The interview process was smooth and efficient. They asked pretty standard questions and you only interviewed with 1 person, which was convenient. The interviewer was courteous and professional. They covered all the bases.
