Interview
I was interviewed by two women who work with Irish life. Both of the interviewers were very friendly and helped me relax beforehand. In terms of the interview they just asked me a few questions about Irish Life and wanted me to explain some examples of my previous work experience. They finished by giving me some insight to what the role, salary etc were like and then answered any questions I had for them.
Tip; I'd recommend that you do the qfa exams or mention that you are very interested in starting them as they will want you to complete them while working for Irish Life.

Interview
The interview process was well run from start to finish. The HR manager kept in contact with me all the time if I had any questions. The whole process didn’t take too long
It was a good interview process with clear guidelines and tips provided before hand.
Feedback was provided afterwards as well without request which was very beneficial to understand where to improve for future opportunities .
Overall was a pleasant experience.
