I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Iron Ox (CA)
Interview
Had a phone screening and coding interview. Phone screening was standard, I gave an introduction and background. The recruiter was nice, I left feeling excited about company mission. The coding interviews were bumpy. I gave description of resume experience, and was interrupted by interviewer so that they could tell me how I *should've* done it instead. That left mixed feelings.
