IronBridge Construction interview questions

Found ad on internet website and submitted resume. Was contacted by IronBridge HR department and arranged a time for an interview at their offices in Chester, VA. The office is in a secure building, but was poorly organized and sparsely populated. Met with the HR representative and VP for 2 hours. VP did most of the talking explaining company history and some of the current projects, but asked me very few questions, then he took me to lunch. After return I met briefly met with the President of the company who had returned from a site visit. He asked more specific questions. I was escorted out by the VP, who said they would be back in touch.
