Interview
If you apply for this job they will most likely grant you an interview and eventually give you a shot. The interview is more of them trying to sell you on the fact you can make a ton of money working there.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ironbeam (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview is not particularly special. They're desperate to hire pretty much anyone who can pass the exam to qualify. If you speak English, have the aptitude to pass the broker exam, they'll hire you. If you're interested, they'll hand you some study materials and wish you luck. In a month or 2, you should have passed the exam and be ready to start your "career" as a "broker". But it's not much of a career. They seem to know that, but you don't know that. Yet.
