I applied for the CAD-Engineer wich i saw on linked in.
The answer i get was really quick. I should answer some technical questions about manufacturing processes.
A week later i got my first interview with the HR-Department. It was a nice interview, because of the good and friendly atmosphere. After the first interview, a view days later i got an interview with the technical side, it felt more than a good technical conversation. Also a few days later, i was invited to visit the production hall, met some guys and had an interview with two of them. They asked me how i would handle some technical problems. This was on Friday and at the beginning of the next week i got an interview with Daniel, the CEO.
He asked me about my expectations on the new job and this was the first time we talked about the salary expectations i was asked to write in my application document. A week later i got my commitment and here i am now :)

Interview
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer, dynamischer Einstellungsprozess. Reaktive und freundliche Personalabteilung. Zunächst ein Gespräch mit HR-Mitarbeiter, sowie ein erstes technisches Gespräch (ca. 1h), gefolgt von einem weiteren Gespräch mit Abteilungsleiter und CEO. Nebst jobrelevanten Fragen auch viel zur Teamarbeit/Teamintegration und der eigenen Motivation in einem jungen Start-Up zu arbeiten.

Question 1
Nebst technischer Fragen rund um Werkstoffe, Triebwerkskonfigurationen, Maschinenelemente und Fertigungsverfahren viele Teamwork orientierte Fragen wie bspw. "Was erwarten Sie von Ihrem Team/ welche Anforderungen haben Sie an Ihr Team."

Interview
The interview process was fast (approx 1 month) and included four steps : online formular, technical assignement, HR interview and interview with the future team. I really appreciated the technical assignment because it gives the opportunity to better understand what is important for the position and it allows to showcase some skills that would otherwise be difficult to demonstrate during an interview.

Interview
Prompt reply by the hiring team. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Good interview questions, both technical and personal. Made me feel relaxed and respected. Although I didn't get an offer, I got good constructive feedback and would still be interested in joining in the future.
