There was an exam first to screen applicants and interview was quick but it was nice. You get to talk to someone who has worked there a long time and get a feel of the culture. But it feels like an interview for an entry level job (which it is)
There will exams and an interview with a team leader or supervisor. They conducted a lot of interviews, multiple in a day and you will have to wait a while to get a call back. Make sure they explain everything and ask the important questions too.
