Interview
1. Phone call and some basic questions to see if you fulfill all the requirements
2. Apstract thinking and speed test / IQ test
3. Interview - some basic questions again and you will get more details about the job; you can't negotiate about the salary. This interview is with the supervisor of the team where you'll work.
