I applied online and I heard back within 3 working days. An initial screening call was arranged with the Head of Operations to go through experience and motivations for applying. I heard back 2 days later and was invited to the next round which was a take-home task. This was a 3 or 4 part task and was quite extensive. A week later I was invited to a 3rd round which was with the Operations Manager and Head of Operations who were both very encouraging. I did not make it past this round to the 4th and final stage, but everyone I liaised with was helpful and pleasant. Overall I had a good candidate experience.
