This islands location asked basic questions like what do you do for fun.
Also why do you want to work at islands.
You could tell they didn't really know what to do.
The general manger Lina was short and distracted. The process took like an hour and was maybe too easy. I should have seen this as a red flag. The employees here do not last.
Talk to employees and management about your skills and willingness to learn. Generally they want someone who will work hard and have energy. It's a friendly environment to work in.

My interview was very short, I walked in and met with a manger and they asked me about myself and what my school schedule was like. After they told me to come back in a few days with some non-slip shoes and I would start training.
