Many rounds of interview stages, scheduled over several weeks with back and forth over scheduling. Took a long time then told time had run out and position was closed. People spoken with sounded competent and pleasant to work with.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Isomorphic Labs (London, England)
Interview
Initial short HR screen followed by a lengthy screen which included a slightly technical+behavioral by the hiring manager.
This was followed by a coding round where they asked Leetcode style coding challenge. I felt this is completely irrelevant for the role.
Long and arduous, with little or sporadic communication. After jumping through all the many hoops, they just ghosted and gave no response. Every interviewer was late, and it was like they were coming up with questions on the spot; very ill prepared, and some of them didn't even know who you were or what position you were interviewing for.
