Very behavioral and conversational type of interview. Had two people interview me at the same time, but was not stressful at all as they were both incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.

Interview
I found ITT at a Public Health career fair at my university, The University of Texas - Austin, where I gave my resume and voiced my interest in public health and educational. They seemed to have exactly what I wanted.
Soon after the fair, the directors of educational programs called me requesting to have a conversation about becoming an intern. After a telephone conversation I was emailed by the Director to schedule an interview, which took some time due to it being a transitional time of year.
I went to the interview and as soon as I walked into the office I noticed a vibrancy and lively energy from the clean, modern decore and from office employees. The interview was very structured and professional, a huge plus for me considering other non-profit interviews I have experienced.
The Director was very attentive and actually seemed to be listening to what I had to say. They were very friendly and easy to speak to, yet still held a professional, office-friendly demeaner. The organization seemed as interested in finding great motivated interns as they did in wanting me to be able to grow from this internship experience.

Interview
Wonderful and nice, was relaxed but also very professional. They are extremely welcoming and love having people who share the same passion in their presence. Another intern was in the interview as well, which made it a lot more calming.
