Raised many red flags. Don't bother applying because it's probably not worth adding to your resume.
Interview process was very lax. I got a phone call a few hours after application that was very low key / unstructured / un-professional / seemed like a regular conversation. After about half an hour of just nodding along, not asking questions and just listening, I was offered a position.
