Interview
Initial Phone call and interview, then Met with the hiring manager and discussed requirements, job duties, direction, goals and objectives. Interviewed several days later with CFO and asked about analytics, business development, and finally a group panel interview from the current IT members.

Interview
I posted my application in response to an advertisement on their public website. Received a phone call from the hiring manager; and we spoke about my goals and experience. After the initial interview I received a follow up call several days later asking for an in person interview. This was a one on one interview and then a group interview. Everyone on the team had their input and I was offered the position the next day.
