Simple face to face interview. Spoke on background, how I would benefit their restaurant, and skills. Lead into availability and was hired by the end of the interview discussing when I could come in for training.

Smooth process. Interview went super well. Not super difficult. The management here isn’t the best but it is still a good place to work. I would rate a 3.3. Good money but not great money
