The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.B. Hunt Transport
Interview
Transitioning from a previous company where JB Hunt was taking over our location. I was led to believe I was being considered for the position and I was told that they would "significantly improve my financial status" the offer came in at less than 2% of my base salary. Once you include some of the incentives I was receiving previously it was more like a pay cut.
I had a great experience with the customer service representative at JB Hunt. They were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. The representative handled my concerns quickly and made sure I understood every step of the process. Their friendly attitude and excellent communication made the experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend JB Hunt to others.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.B. Hunt Transport
Interview
I got an initial phone screening with usual question about relevant skills to the position and why I wish to work for the company. Next was a 60 min in person interview which I was pleasantly surprised to find to be very casual. At the end, I was introduced to a few office staff.
