I applied online. I interviewed at J.B. Hunt Transport
Interview
Very laid back, but still professional. Asked a lot of basic questions about past work experience and leadership styles. Was asked to come in for a in person interview at the end of the phone call. Make sure you ask questions at the end. Seemed like they were waiting for at least three and make sure you send a follow up email!

Applied online, got a call back 2 days later for phone interview, interviewed 4 days later in person, got an offer the next day. Very simple and quick process. One of the reasons I accepted the offer was the diligence of the people i dealt with.
