Applied online and then I was emailed by an HR recruiter wanting to set up a phone interview. That was on a Monday and my phone interview was the next morning. After the phone interview, I was told I was going on to the next step which was a face to face interview with the Regional Operations Manager and I would receive an email for when. I received an email about my next interview, which was the following Mondy at 10 am. I had that interview and I'm still waiting for a call for the final result. Overall the process was pretty quick except for this part, the waiting.
